摘要:

为了实现海南清洁能源(水电、光伏、海岛微网等)发电系统的高效管理,结合分布式能源特性和互联网技术进展,初步构建了“互联网+”智慧能源信息服务系统,实现了多个分布式能源信息系统的异地协同共享。首先采用阿里云技术搭建了弹性的基础数据平台,继而开发了基于物联网协议的网络协议转换器实现本地新老电站与云端平台的数据对接,然后进行运行数据分析与处理,通过互联网web发布和移动端APP软件向不同目标群体推送数据信息。目前已完成34个总装机容量91MW分布式光伏电站的集成管理工作,并稳定运行两年,大大提高了分布式能源的管理水平。利用互联网新技术对清洁能源、分布式能源实现高效管理,尝试云端智慧决策,有益于推进能源互联网技术的发展。

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to achieve efficient management of clean energy (hydropower, photovoltaic, island micro grid, etc.) in Hainan, and combining the characteristics of distributed energy,internet technology, we initially built the Internet plus intelligent energy information service system, and then we implemented collaborative sharing of multiple distributed energy information systems.Firstly, Alibaba cloud technology is used to build a

flexible basic data platform, and then a network protocol converter based on Internet of things protocol is developed to realize the data docking between the local power station and the cloud platform. Then, the operation data are analyzed and processed, and data information is pushed to different target groups through Internet Web publishing and mobile app software. At present, 34 distributed photovoltaic power plants with installed capacity of 91Mw have been integrated and managed, which have been running stably for about two years, greatly improving the management level of distributed energy. The attempt of using new Internet technology to achieve efficient management and intelligent decision-making of clean energy and distributed energy is conducive to promoting the development of energy Internet.
