影响特高压直流输电工程安全高效运行的评估因素集的建模与研究

摘要: 特高压直流输电工程在我国电网建设中得到了广泛应用。为对特高压直流输电工程的运行现状进行有效评估,开展了影响特高压直流输电工程安全高效运行的评估因素及建模与研究工作。首先采用层次分析法,构建了影响特高压直流输电工程的评估因素集模型。然后采用判断矩阵法确定评估因素集中各影响因素的权重因子,并引入贡献权重法实现评估因素集中各环节之间的相互影响的量化评估。之后以甘肃省内某特高压直流输电工程为例,构建其评估因素集模型,根据评估因素集中各影响因素采用专家评分法对该模型进行量化评估,并采用可视化图形的方法分析评估结果。最后针对该特高压直流输电工程和国内其他特高压直流输电工程存在的共性问题,提出具体的意见和建议,可为我国未来特高压直流输电工程运行发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: Ultra High Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) projects have been widely constructed in China power grid. This paper intends to build a model of the evaluation factor set that affects the operation of UHVDC project and evaluate the current operation conditions of UHVDC project based on this model. Firstly, an evaluation model of UHVDC project is constructed based on the development process of UHVDC project by employing the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of evaluation factors and contribution weight method to quantify the mutual influence between different development process. Then, take a UHVDC project in Gansu Province as an example to build its evaluation model, use expert evaluation method for quantitative evaluation according to various specific factors, and analyze the evaluation results with visual and graphical methods. Based on the problems of the UHVDC project and other UHVDC projects in China, the suggestions for the safe and high-efficient operation of UHVDC projects are proposed aiming to provide reference for the future development of UHVDC of China.
