摘要: 介绍了网格化规划系统中电气核心算法的思路及其工程化实现方法,包括电气计算、负荷预测和负荷空间分配。为解决目前国内外电气计算方法对规划电网输入参数要求过高的难题,通过将地块预测负荷转变成电气计算负荷,创造性地提出对地块未来的负荷进行空间分配的实现方法,以便用于规划电网的各类电气计算——潮流、短路、可靠性及N-1校验的一体化计算方法。在详细分析研究经典可靠性公式的基础上,提出综合故障率的概念,给出了更具实用性的可靠性计算公式,大大简化了公式的使用条件。

Abstract: The idea of electrical core algorithm of planning power grid system and its implementation method were introduced, including load forecasting, load space distribution and electrical calculation. It creatively puts forward the realization method of spatial distribution of land’s load, which transforms the load in land into electrical load, so that it can be used in all kinds of electrical calculation of planning power grid, and solves the problem that the current domestic and foreign algorithms require too many input parameters of electrical calculation in planning power grid. An integrated calculation method of power flow calculation, short circuit calculation, reliability calculation and N-1 verification based on distribution network topology information is proposed. Based on the detailed analysis of the classical reliability formula, a more practical reliability formula is given innovatively and the concept of comprehensive failure rate is also proposed, which greatly simplifies the input conditions of the formula.
