摘要: 全球能源互联网的发展对长距离电力能量供需平衡、供应持续可靠性提出了更大的挑战。不同类型的储能技术是解决电力电量平衡的优选手段,是全球能源互联网发展必不可少的组成部分。储能的需求和配置与具体应用场景的特征、应用目标紧密相关。通过文献调研和示范工程,分析了全球能源互联网三种典型应用场景中储能技术的配置方法和性能需求,从而给出了储能类型、储能配置的功率和放电时间范围建议。针对全球能源互联网的大规模清洁能源和远距离传输的特征,提出了具体的储能接入拓扑,为模拟储能接入全球能源互联网应用的功能验证提供了解决方案。

Abstract: The development of global energy Internet poses greater challenges to the balance of long-distance power energy supply and demand and the continued reliability of supply. Different types of energy storage technologies have advantages to solve the balance of power and electricity, and are an essential part of the development of the global energy Internet. The requirements and configuring energy storage are closely related to the characteristics and goals of specific application scenarios. This paper analyzes the characteristics and configuration methods of energy storage technology in three typical application scenarios of global energy Internet through literature research and demonstration projects,and suggests the energy storage type, power and discharge time range suitable for different applications. In view of the large-scale clean energy and long-distance transmission characteristics of the Global Energy Internet, this paper proposes a specific energy storage access topology, which provides a solution for the functional verification of simulated energy storage access to the Global Energy Internet application.
