摘要: 针对目前电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)接入电厂后的阻尼判断问题,采用Heffron-Phillips模型进行分析,利用随机子空间方法计算阻尼转矩和功角在主要模态下的相位关系,以此来判断PSS的阻尼效果。以某1 000 MW机组为例,分别采用单机系统模拟和实测数据进行验证,结果表明:随机子空间方法可以准确估计出噪声背景下电磁转矩和功角之间相位的超前或滞后关系,进而判断出PSS接入电厂后的阻尼效果,且该方法具有较强的抗噪性。

Abstract:Aiming at the current damping judgment problem after power system stabilizer (PSS) was connected into power plant, the Heffron-Phillips model was used for analysis, and the phase relationship between the damping torque and the power angle in the main mode was calculated by using the stochastic subspace method, to judge the damping effect of PSS. Taking a 1 000 MW unit as an example, the single-unit system simulation and actual data were used for verification. The results show that the stochastic subspace method can accurately estimate the phase lead or lag relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the power angle under a noise background, and then judge the damping effect of PSS after it is connected into the power plant. Moreover, the method has strong noise resistance.
