摘要: 借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及其附带的能谱仪(EDX)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等组织形貌分析方法,研究超(超)临界锅炉管材料TP347HFG耐热钢试样的蒸汽氧化层形貌、成分和相组成,进而分析晶粒度(尺寸)和晶粒级差对TP347HFG耐热钢的蒸汽氧化层特征的影响。研究结果表明:试验时间内,不同晶粒度的TP347HFG耐热钢试样的蒸汽氧化层形貌存在差异,晶粒度及其均匀性影响氧化层(内层和外层)的特征形貌;晶粒度大(晶粒尺寸小)且减小晶粒级差有利于形成连续且致密的富铬内层,形成的氧化层薄,抗蒸汽氧化性能提高。研究成果有助于电厂选材,建议钢管制造厂严格控制这类耐热钢管晶粒度及其级差。

Abstract:By means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), etc., the morphology, composition and phase composition of steam oxidation layer of TP347HFG heat resistant steel for (ultra) supercritical boiler tubes were studied, and the influence of grain size number (grain size) and its difference on the characteristics of steam oxidation layer of TP347HFG steel was analyzed. The results show that the steam oxidation layer morphology of TP347HFG heat resistant steel with different grain size is different during the test. Grain size and its uniformity affect the characteristic morphology of the oxide layer (inner and outer layers). Large grain size number (small grain size) and small difference in grain size number are favorable to form a continuous and compact chromium-rich inner layer, resulting in a thin oxide layer and improved steam oxidation resistance. The research results are helpful for the material selection of power plant, it is suggested that the steel tube manufacturers should strictly control the grain size and its difference of this kind of heat resistant steel tubes.
