国产25Cr2MoVA定位螺栓断裂失效机理分析

Failure Mechanism Analysis of 25Cr2MoVA Locating Bolts Made in China

摘要: 通过宏观、光谱、硬度、冲击功、金相组织等分析手段对国产25Cr2MoVA定位螺栓的断裂失效机理进行了研究。结果表明:失效螺栓为脆性疲劳断裂,硬度值高于标准上限,冲击功远低于标准下限,金相组织为回火索氏体,组织具有一定方向性,球化不完全,这与其热处理不当密切相关,故不能满足其运行性能要求。

Abstract: Comprehensive analysis was carried on by means of macro analysis and chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical properties testing to analysis the failure mechanism of 25Cr2MoVA locating bolts.The results show that morphology of the fracture was typical fatigue failure.the hardness of the fractured position was higher than requirements and the impact energy is well below the requirements.The microstructure is tempered.orga-nization has a certain direction,the ball is not complete.This is closely related to its improper heat treatment,it can not meet its operational performance requirements
