摘要: 主要研究换流阀冷却介质中Cl-和SO42-含量测定的试验条件,采用离子色谱法测定,用梯度淋洗方式代替传统的等度淋洗方式,获得较好的色谱组分分离效果,定量准确,试验过程操作简便,解决了以乙二醇为换流阀冷却介质的水溶液中Cl-和SO42-含量测试问题,为直流换流站换流阀冷却介质的质量监督提供了可靠依据,有效控制直流换流站内冷水系统的腐蚀。

Abstract: This paper studies the commutation test con-ditions for the determination of Cl- and SO42- in valve cool-ing medium.The test determined by ion chromatography.Using the gradient elution mode to replace traditional iso-cratic elution mode, which obtain good separating effect and quantitative accuracy in chromatographic component.Test procedure is simple, in addition, it Solves the problem in measuring Cl- and SO42- in aqueous solution in the con-verter valve cooling medium in glycol.To provide a reli-able basis for quality supervision for HVDC converter valve cooling medium,which effectively controls the corrosion in internal cooling water system.
