摘要： 结合上海市某办公项目实例,考虑本项目建成以后销售运营方式,研究比对空调冷热源采用集中设置和分散设置两种不同的系统,在设备初投资、运行费用、运营管理等方面的不同特性,进行了综合平衡和总体评估。
