某300MW机组冷源系统优化及应用研究

摘要: 介绍了一种冷源系统优化改造技术,并将该技术在国内某300MW机组投入应用,对其经济性进行了计算分析,得出以下结论:冷源系统改造技术可大幅降低凝汽器运行压力,相比于改造前,凝汽器运行压力降低1.2 kPa,机组年平均标煤耗降低3.6g/kW·h,年节煤效益达326.7万元,节能效益显著。

Abstract: This article introduced a technology of reconstruction for the cold source system. And applied in a 300 MW unit,the economic benifits were analyzed,the result showed that: this technology can substantially depress the pressure of steam condenser,comparing with the pressure before reconstruction,the pressure depressed 1.2 kPa;after its application,the standard coal consumption of the unit depressed 3.6g/kW·h,the energy-saving benefits is about 3.267 million yuan each year.
