摘要: 介绍一起因Unitrol 5000励磁系统励磁变超温造成的发电机组跳闸事故,根据保护动作情况和录波数据,通过全面检查,得出事故发生的根本原因系励磁变测温元件采样失真,间接原因为励磁变温度保护配置欠合理。

Abstract: An accident of generator trip caused by over temperature of excitation transformer which run through the UNITROL 5000 excitation system had been in-troduced in this paper.According to the protection action and the recorded data, through the comprehensive inspec-tion, it is concluded that the fundamental cause of the acci-dent is the sampling distortion of the temperature measure-ment element in the excitation transformer, and the indirect reason is that the temperature protection configuration of the excitation transformer is not reasonable.
