摘要: 提出一种除氧器自动调节排氧浓度装置和方法,开展了除氧器自动调节排氧浓度方法的研究。通过对除氧器排氧浓度等参数的检测,提出合理的除氧器排氧门控制方法,调节除氧器内氧气含量,使排氧含量随机组负荷相应变化,并且克服其余扰动给排氧含量带来的影响,以减少机组损失,从而提高机组效率。

关键词: 除氧器, 排氧门, 自动调节, 控制方法

Abstract: This paper proposes a deaerator automatic adjustment device and deaerator exhaust oxygen concentration automatically adjust oxygen concentration method,carried out the deaerator automatic regulating oxygen concentration method of research. Through to the deaerator exhaust parameters such as oxygen concentration detection,put forward reasonable deaerator exhaust oxygen door control method, adjust the deaerator,oxygen content in the exhaust oxygen content is corresponding with the load change,and to overcome the disturbance to the rest of the row of the effects of oxygen content,in order to reduce the unit loss,so as to improve the efficiency of unit.
