基于主变PT二次回路升压试验的调试问题分析

摘要: 某2×600MW煤机电厂调试过程中,对#1主变电压互感器进行二次回路升压试验,试验期间发现第三个绕组的空开MCB9未合,却在其下口产生电压。经过多组加量分析后,发现问题并进行消缺,整改后对第三个绕组再次进行二次回路升压试验,试验结果正确无误,保证了调试进程。

Abstract: In the process of commissioning a 2*600MW Coal-fired power plant, The secondary circuit voltage test of # 1 main transformer voltage transformer was carried out. During the test it was found that the vacuum switch MCB 9 of the third winding was not closed,but A voltage is generated at the non-charged side of the switch. After a number of experimental analysis,the problem was found and solved. The secondary circuit voltage test of # 1 main transformer voltage transformer is carried out again. The test results are correct,ensuring the commissioning process
