摘要: 电动给水泵是火电燃煤机组给水系统的重要附属机械，液力耦合器连接电动机与给水泵，传递驱动，调节转速。某项目给水系统设备发生振动故障，给水泵驱动端振动超标，呈周期性波动。采用因果分析图法逐级分解查找原因，得出导致给水泵振动故障的直接原因。结合现场实际，提出对应整改措施，给出相关建议，以利改善设备、优化设计。

Abstract： Electric feed water pump is an important accessory machinery of the feed water system of the coal-fired power plant. The hydraulic coupler connects the motor and the feed water pump, and transfers the drive to regulate the speed. The feed water system equipment of a project has vibration fault, the vibration of the pump drive end exceeds the standard, showing periodic fluctuation. Causal analysis chart method was used to decompose and find out the causes step by step, and the direct causes of vibration failure of feed pump were obtained. Combined with the actual situation, the corresponding corrective measures were put forward, and some related proposals were given to improve equipment and optimize design.
