核电厂风冷冷水机组框架结构的力学分析与评定

摘要:

核电设备运行时的结构完整性、稳定性是设备设计必须考虑的因素。利用有限元分析软件,对某核电厂用风冷冷水机组模块框架结构进行应力计算和抗震分析。计算结果表明:该风冷冷水机组结构强度和螺栓强度在各种载荷工况下均能满足相关要求。最后就机组框架设计提出了一些建议,为今后核电厂风冷冷水机组的优化设计和抗震性能的改进提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The design of nuclear power equipment is concerned with structural integrity and stability of the equipment in running process. Using the finite element analysis software, the stress calculation and seismic analysis were carried out on the fram structure of the air-cooled chiller unit in a nuclear power station. The calculation results show that the structure strength and bolts strength of the air-cooled chiller can meet the requirements of all working conditions. Finally some suggestions for the design of unit frame were put forward, which could provide reference for the optimization design and seismic performance improvement of air-cooled chiller in nuclear power plant in the future.
