煤和市政污泥掺烧的灰熔融特性研究

摘要:

通过利用Factsage热力学模拟软件、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)等分析方法,对煤与3种市政污泥按不同比例掺混后混合燃料的灰熔融特性进行研究。结果表明,在污泥添加量不超过10%时,混合燃料的灰熔点随着污泥加入比例增大而降低,这是由高温条件下碱性氧化物熔融所形成的共融体,以及磷矿物反应生成的非晶态矿物的共同作用导致的;灰熔融温度的预测趋势与实际测定数据的规律基本一致;煤中掺混污泥后矿物质之间的反应受燃烧温度的影响,低温时几乎不反应,温度升高后各矿物质间相互反应生成新的矿物质。

Abstract:

Factsage thermodynamic simulation software and XRD analysis method were used to study the ash fusion characteristics of mixed fuel which was mixed by coal and three municipal sludges in different proportions. The results show that when the sludge addition amount does not exceed 10%, because alkaline oxides forms low temperature eutectic and the phosphorus minerals react to form amorphous mineral, the new mineral lead ash fusion temperature to decrease with the proportion of sludge added increasing. The predicted trend of the ash fusion characteristics is basically consistent with the regularity of actual measured data. The reaction between minerals is affected by combustion temperature, and it hardly occurs at low temperature; when the temperature rises, the minerals react with each other to form new minerals.
