智能化联合循环电厂建设方案探讨

摘要:

在我国加大能源结构调整,提高能源利用水平,实现能源利用与信息的深度融合,构建智慧能源体系的背景下,通过深入分析当前智能电厂建设的现状,融合大数据、物联网、可视化、先进仪表等先进技术,结合湖北华电武昌热电有限公司数字化水平,提出智能联合循环电厂建设方案。通过融合全厂生产、管理和经营信息,构建一体化平台,在此基础上,从联合循环电厂基础设备层、过程控制层和生产管理层3个层面入手,通过智能设备的应用、生产数据挖掘分析、管理信息融合分析等,实现设备层、控制层和管理层的智能化建设,最终实现安全可靠、经济高效和精益化管理的目标。

Abstract:

China is adjusting its energy structure, improving the level of energy utilization, realizing the deep integration of energy utilization and information, and building a smart energy system. Through in-depth analysis of the current status of intelligent power plant construction, the integration of BIG data, Internet of Things (IOT), visualization, advanced instrumentation and other advanced technologies, combined with the digital level of Hubei Huadian Wuchang Thermal Power Ltd., an intelligent combined cycle power plant construction scheme was proposed. An integrated platform was constructed by combing the information of production and management. By using the technologies including smart equipment, operation data mining and management information analyzing at equipment layer, control layer and management layer, the target of security, reliable, economic, efficient and lean management will be accomplished in the future.
