摘要:

以300 MW纯凝机组供热改造为例,根据热负荷参数特点分别分析了采用再热冷段抽汽和再热热段抽汽2种不同的改造方案。通过水力计算得出,采用再热热段抽汽后经减温、减压向外供汽的改造方式,能够满足该用户用热需求。此外,通过本次改造,该机组在平均抽汽工况下可降低发电煤耗7.22 g/(kW·h),年节约标煤11 921 t,考虑节煤收益后,项目投资回收期为2.94 a,具有良好的经济效益。

Abstract:

This paper took a 300 MW condensing power plant heating reform as an example. According to the parameters of heat user, two different renovation plans between reheat cold section and reheating section were analyzed. The results show that steam form reheating section through temperature reduction and pressure reduction is more fitting for the heating load and can meet the different heating demand. Furthermore, the economic performance was also analyzed. The unit can reduce the coal consumption of power generation by 7.22 g/(kW·h) under average extraction conditions, equivalent to 11 921 t every year. Considering the income of coal saving, the project investment payback period is 2.94 years, which has good economic benefits.
