Current Situation and Prospects of the Low-Carbon Development of Thermal Power in China
- “China's thermal power accounts for over 40% of carbon emissions. Experts have analyzed the current status of low-carbon development in thermal power and proposed three decarbonization governance paths: accelerating the elimination of high energy consuming small units, building a green ammonia and green hydrogen mixed combustion path, and deploying CCUS technology. These paths provide practical references for promoting energy structure optimization and achieving carbon neutrality goals.”
