Research on Auto-Coupling PID Control Method of Firing Rate to Feed Water Ratio System of Supercritical Unit
- “The control of fuel water ratio in supercritical units faces challenges such as strong coupling, high load, and weak disturbance resistance. Experts have proposed a new control method called self coupling PI, which equivalently treats the multivariable system as a single variable loop and defines the total disturbance. A controller based on velocity factor has been designed, and its advantages of fast response, no overshoot, and strong disturbance resistance have been verified, laying the foundation for improving the control accuracy and robustness of the unit.”
