双馈型可变速抽蓄机组参与平抑风电功率波动研究

摘要: 风电功率存在间歇性、波动性,大规模风电并网对电网安全稳定运行提出了挑战。为此,提出了基于双馈型可变速抽蓄机组的风电功率波动平抑控制策略。首先,基于DIgSILENT/PowerFactory软件,建立了可变速抽蓄机组发电、抽水状态下仿真模型,验证其快速功率控制能力。其次,基于低通滤波原理,结合风电预测功率,建立可变速抽蓄机组在发电、抽水2种工况下参与平抑风电功率波动的控制模型。仿真结果表明,变速抽蓄机组具有快速功率响应特性。在发电和抽水2种工况下,均可有效平抑风电功率波动,减小常规机组调节压力,改善地区电网稳定性。

Abstract:Large-scale wind power integration challenges the safe and stable operation of power grid due to its intermittent and uncertain characteristics. This paper proposes a smoothing wind power fluctuations control strategy based on doubly-fed variable-speed pumped storage unit. Firstly, the simulation model of the variable-speed pumped storage unit in generating mode and pumping mode is established in DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, and its fast power control capability is verified. Secondly, based on the principle of low-pass filtering, combined with the wind power prediction power, the control model of the variable-speed pumped storage unit participating in smoothing wind power fluctuation in generating mode and pumping mode is established. The simulation results show that variable-speed pumped storage unit has fast power response characteristics. In both generating mode and pumping mode, it can effectively smooth wind power fluctuation, reduce the regulation pressure of conventional units and improve the stability of regional grid.
