摘要: 

钢带输送机用于石子煤输送具有节能、减排、节水、环保及自动化程度高等优点,

在石子煤量较大的电厂应用广泛,由于PLC具有抗干扰能力强、逻辑处理能力强、

稳定性好等优点,常被选为电厂设备的控制器。以石子煤钢带输送系统的PLC自

动化控制为研究对象,分析了工艺系统的组成,根据工艺系统I/O点需求,配置

相应的PLC控制网络和硬件,通过分步实现各个子程序功能的方式进行PLC编程

和调试,最后通过主程序将各个子程序进行整合,实现了系统的全自动化运行。

Abstract

The steel belt conveyor is used for coal mill rejects transportation, which has the

 advantages of energy saving, emission reduction, water saving, environmental 

protection and high automation. It has been applied widely in power plants with

 large coal mill rejects. Because PLC has the advantages of strong anti-interference 

ability, strong logic processing ability and good stability, it is often selected as the 

controller of power plant equipment. Taking PLC automatic control of steel belt 

coal mill rejects conveying system as the research subject, the composition of 

the process system was analyzed; the corresponding PLC control network and 

hardware were configured according to the I/O point requirements of the 

process system; PLC is mainly programmed and debugged in a step-by-step 

manner to realize the functions of each subroutine. Finally, the system is 

fully automated by integrating the subroutines together with the main program.
