摘要: 火力发电厂脱硫废水主要来自石膏脱水和清洗系 统的清洗废水等,然脱硫废水水量排放差别较大,间断 排放且不稳定,水质中钙、镁、氟等离子处于过饱和状 态,具有严重的结垢倾向,同时水中还含有大量重金属。 故给水质硬度的测定增加了难度。作者通过试验比对了 火力发电厂脱硫废水用乙二胺四乙酸二钠滴定法测定其 硬度和火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定钙和镁总量计算其 硬度的两种检测方法。结果表明,火焰原子吸收分光光 度法测定钙和镁总量计算其硬度的方法和乙二胺四乙酸 二钠滴定法测定硬度的方法无显著性差异。火焰原子吸 收分光光度法测定钙和镁总量计算其硬度的方法因其高 效绿色环保等特点,在批量化分析测定中更彰显其优势, 可作为火力发电厂脱硫废水硬度测定的检测方法。
Abstract:The desulphurization wastewater of thermal power plants mainly comes from gypsum dewatering and cleaning wastewater of the cleaning system, etc. However, the discharge volume of desulphurization wastewater is quite different, discontinuous and unstable. The water quality of calcium, magnesium and fluorine plasma is in the over-saturated state, which has a serious tendency of scale formation, and the water also contains a lot of heavy metals. Therefore, it is more difficult to determine the water quality hardness. The authors compared the two methods of measuring the hardness of desulfurization wastewater from thermal power plant by EDTA method and calculating the hardness of calcium and magnesium by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the method of calculating the hardness of calcium and magnesium by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the method of measuring the hardness by EDTA. The method of calculating the hardness of total calcium and magnesium by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry is more advantageous in quantitative analysis because of its characteristics such as high efficiency and environmental protection.
