600MW超临界纯凝机组改供热的技术经济性分析

摘要: 以某600MW超临界纯凝机组为基础,进行工业抽汽优化改造设计。通过进行不同的抽汽端口和工业供热技术的集成分析,得出:在机组变负荷工况运行时,再热冷段抽汽与减温减压器结合的供热方式为最优方案。同时,结合工程改造的经济性分析,从节能效果来看,在50% THA工况下,机组年煤耗降低1.86g/kWh;从供热收益来看,到2021年,每年收益可达3506.25万元,投资回收期远小于1年,经济和社会效益显著。

Abstract: Based on a 600 MW supercritical pure condensing unit, the optimization design of industrial steam extraction is completed. Through the contrast analysis, at variable load conditions, the cold reheat steam extraction combined with temperature and pressure reducer is the optimal solution. Combining the economic analysis of engineering transformation, the annual coal consumption can be decreased by 1.86 g/k Wh under 50% THA operating condition.Meanwhile, the annual income is up to 35.025 million yuan by 2021, investment recovery period is far less than a year. The project has significant economic and social benefits.
