摘要: 针对燃煤电厂锅炉,因系统改造等因素影响,导致并列运行的轴流式风机频繁发生抢风的异常,通过对生产现场实际进行全面系统分析,采取优化空预器吹灰方案、对脱硝喷氨格栅调平等措施,降低烟道系统阻力后,彻底解决了生产中的一大"顽疾"。该成功经验和科学做法具有较好的推广和借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper is aimed at coal-fired power sta-tion boilers with the problem of scrambling for air often oc-curred in the axial in-duced draft fan which is existing be-tween the fans connected in parallel operation, due to the factors such as system reform.Through the overall system analysis of the production site, optimizing the air preheater soot program,leveling ammonia injection grid, and other measures, reduce the resistance of the flue system,we have completely solved the "stubborn disease" in production.The successful experience and scientific practice has a good sig-nificance to generalization and reference.
