超低排放形势下CFB锅炉低氮燃烧和SNCR联合脱硝提效研究

摘要: 对某厂2号CFB锅炉进行超低排放改造前的摸底试验,诊断锅炉原燃烧系统和SNCR脱硝系统存在的问题,并提出优化改造方案。该项目的实践表明:CFB锅炉通过深度优化改造低氮燃烧和SNCR联合脱硝系统后能够满足高、中负荷段NOx超低排放要求,但在低负荷下,特别是实际燃用煤质较差,且严重偏离设计煤质时仍有较大超排风险。

Abstract: Experiments were performed to investigate the problems of the existing combustion system and the SN-CR system of a CFB boiler before the ultra-low pollutants emission reconstruction,and made the plan.The practice of the project has proved that CFB boiler can meet the re-quirement of NOx ultra-low emission under the high or middle load after the reconstruction.But under the low load, especially the actual coal quality seriously deviated from the designed coal quality when there is still a large risk.
