新疆地区天然气冷、热、电三联供能源站规划设计浅析

Analysis on Planning and Design of Natural Gas Cold,Hot and Electric Energy Supply Stations in Xinjiang

摘要: 为了落实《天然气利用政策》、"煤改气"等国家及新疆地区相关政策,通过负荷因子法,对铁门关市核心区不同性质用地的能耗需求进行了详细的模拟、预测,并规划建设一座天然气冷、热、电三联供能源站,满足铁门关市核心区冷、热、电用户用能需求。通过规划分析,天然气冷、热、电三联供系统可为商业、商务等核心区域提供8.1万GJ/a的供冷量、14.5万GJ/a的供热量和1.03亿kWh/a的电力,该系统可作为铁门关市能源供应的补充,可创造可观的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: In order to implement the "natural gas utilization policy", "coal to gas" and other countries and Xinjiang region related policies,the article through the load factor method,Tiemenguan core area of different nature of the energy consumption needs of a detailed simulation, Planning and construction of a natural gas cold,heat,electricity triple for energy stations,to meet the core area of iron gate city cold,heat,electricity users with demand. Through the planning and analysis, natural gas cold,heat,electricity triple supply system for commercial, business and other core areas to provide 81,000 GJ/a of the cooling capacity,145,000 GJ/a heat and 103 million kWh/a of electricity,The system can be used as a supplement to the energy supply of Tiemenguan to create considerable economic and social benefits
