Methods and Economic Analysis of Waste Heat Recovery From Gas Steam Combined Cycle Waste Heat Boiler Flue Gas

摘要: 阐述了烟气余热利用现状、可利用价值及余热回收利用对我国节能减排的意义,介绍了燃气-蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉尾部烟气余热的利用方式以及利用装置对机组的影响,并对390MW F级燃气轮机余热锅炉余热回收效益进行了对比分析,表明通过回收燃气-蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉尾部烟气余热,可以在保证设备安全的基础上,获得可观的经济效益。

Abstract: First,this paper briefly introduced the status of heat recovery from flue gas,and the value of heat recovery from flue gas to energy conservation and emission reduction in China. Then, it introduced the methods of heat recovery of flue gas from combined gas and steam cycle waste heat recovery boiler and the influence of heat recovery equipment on waste heat recovery boiler. Finally,the waste heat recovery efficiency of a 390 MW F-class gas turbine was compared and analyzed,the result showed that by recovering the waste heat of flue gas from combined gas and steam cycle waste heat recovery boiler,considerable economic benefits can be obtained on the basis of guaranteeing the safety of the equipment.
