严寒地区某五星级酒店空调系统设计与体会

摘要: 结合建筑物的特点,该酒店的空调冷源采用了水冷离心机组,热源采用了燃气常压热水锅炉和蒸汽锅炉;主要从以下几个方面进行了深入分析:冬季新风取风方式、共用母管系统的阀门控制、客房的风机盘管、大堂门厅额空调系统、汽车库的通风及采暖;同时,对酒店后期运行情况进行了回访,对关键的问题进行了分析。

关键词: 冷热源, 全空气系统, 风机盘管加新风系统, 新风预热, 变流量一级泵系统

Abstract: Considering the features of the hotel,adopts water-cooled centrifugal chillers and atmospheric pressure gas-fired hot water boilers and gas-fired steam boilers as cold and heat sources of the air conditioning system,This article had a thorough analysis on the following aspects: the suction mode of fresh air in winter,valve control with common header, fan coil of guest room, rated air conditioning system of lobby,ventilation and heating of garage;at the same time,made follow-up feedback about hotel’s operating conditions and analyzed the key issues.
