摘要: 不确定度分析是定量表达试验测试水平的一种方法,一个完整的试验必须包含不确定度分析。详细阐述了ASME PTC 4-2013《锅炉性能试验规程》中不确定度分析的方法,以某350MW煤粉锅炉热效率试验为例,对试验结果进行了不确定度分析,分析比较了各测量参数对热效率测试结果不确定度的影响,据此探讨了降低锅炉热效率测试不确定度的方法。

Abstract: Uncertainty analysis is a method of quantitative expression of test, which is must be included in a complete test. Uncertainty analysis in ASME PTC 4-2013 "Fired Steam Generators Performance Test Codes" is explained detailedly.Taking efficiency test of 350 MW pulverized coal boiler as an example, uncertainty analysis of test result is calculated. The effect of each parameter is contrastively analyzed, and reducing uncertainty of efficiency test is discussed.
