风水协同运行中的利益分配研究

摘要:

风电水电由于具有互补性,两者协同运行被大量研究,但在风电水电"打捆"消纳的过程中,均衡各方利益是风水协同运行当中的关键问题,只有保证利益分配的公平性,才能促使风电水电的合作长期进行,进而保证利益的最大化。该文首先介绍风水协同运行的特点及利益分配原则,然后对风水协同运行中的利益分配方法进行归纳总结并分析其优缺点。考虑风水协同运行的特点,指出风险承担能力、投入资源程度、资源利用率3个因素会对利益分配结果造成影响,并对研究方向做出了展望。

Abstract:

Due to the complementarity of wind power and hydropower, the coordinated operation of the two has been studied a lot, but in the consumption process of "bundling" the wind power and hydropower, balancing the interests of all parties is a key issue in the coordinated operation of wind power and hydropower. Only by ensuring the fairness of the distribution of benefits, the cooperation of wind power and hydropower can be promoted for a long time, thus ensuring the maximum benefit. Then it summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the wind power and hydropower cooperative operation, its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Considering the characteristics of wind power and hydropower coordinated operation, it points out that risk input capacity, input resource level and resource utilization rate will affect the profit distribution result. The research direction was also prospected.
