摘要:

国家鼓励清洁供暖,电采暖是清洁供暖的重要组成部分。但常规用电成本高,如果利用弃风电,不仅消纳弃风电,还能降低电供暖成本。文中以一个实际电网为例,通过研究弃风总量、储热能力和供暖能力,提出了弃风储热供暖协调调度策略。对一个拥有大规模弃风电量、大规模储热的电网具有实际意义。

Abstract:

The electric heating is an important component of clean heating that the State encouraged. However, the cost of conventional electricity consumption is high. It is not only eliminating wind power curtailment but also reduces the cost of electric heating by using the abandoned wind power. Taking an actual power grid as an example, this paper proposed a coordinated dispatching strategy of abandoned wind heat storage for heating by studying the total amount of abandoned wind, heat storage capacity and heating capacity. This work has great practical significance for a power grid with large-scale abandoned wind power capacity and large-scale heat storage.
