摘要:

针对现有余热供热技术仅能回收典型双机配置热电厂一台机组余热的问题,定量分析了湿冷机组余热量和现有各余热供热技术回收循环水余热能力,提出吸收式热泵与低压缸光轴技术串联的余热供热系统以及低压缸光轴改造后给水泵汽轮机余热利用系统。实现了典型配置热电厂双机余热全部回收供热,为湿冷机组双机余热供热改造和设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Direct at the problem of only one turbine's waste heat can be recovered in typical double-units configuration power plant, the waste heat quantity of the wet cooling unit and the present technologies' ability to recover waste heat were analyzed quantitatively. A heat supply system that absorption heat pumps in series low pressure cylinder with bare-shaft to recovery waste heat from circulating water was presented. And the system to recover waste heat of steam turbine driving feed water pump was also proposed. With the system, all the two units' waste heat could be recovered to supply district heat for the typical double-units configuration power plant.
