兰炭在600MW无烟煤“W”火焰锅炉上的掺烧应用研究

摘要:

通过对兰炭粉末和设计无烟煤详细的煤质特性分析和对比,系统分析了兰炭在某600MW无烟煤“W”火焰锅炉上掺烧的可行性。结果显示某电厂掺烧兰炭技术上是可行的,在保证带负荷能力的前提下掺配兰炭的上限是3台磨煤机专磨。考虑到兰炭极强的磨损特性,在掺烧前需要对磨煤机、煤粉分离器、煤粉管道、燃烧器等设备、部件进行防磨改造,并做好后续的运行维护。掺烧兰炭不会降低锅炉热效率,而且由于燃料综合含尘量、含硫量的大幅降低,带来了很大的环保效益和经济收益。当兰炭与原煤的价格差小于220元/t时,掺烧兰炭有收益,而且差值越小,收益就越大。

Abstract:

Through the coal quality analysis and comparison between semi-coke powder and design anthracite, the systematic analysis was taken to research the feasibility of semi-coke blending on a 600MW anthracite "W" flame boiler. The results show that it is technically feasible to blend semi-coke in this power plant. The limit of blending semi-coke is up to 3 coal mills controlled-by the load capacity. Considering the extremely strong abrasion characteristics of semi-coke, anti-wear reform is necessary to carry out on related equipment and components such as coal mills, pulverized coal separators, pulverized coal pipelines, burners and other equipment and components before blending, the perform subsequent operation and maintenance are very important either. The thermal efficiency of the boiler will not be reduced by blending of semi-coke, and due to the substantial reduction of the comprehensive dust content and sulfur content of the fuel, the blending will bring great environmental benefits and economic benefits. When the difference between semi-coke and coal is less than 220 yuan/ton, the blending semi-coke has profit, and the smaller the difference, the greater the profit.
