Status and Prospect Analysis of Wind Power Utilization Technology in China

摘要:

我国风电产业发展迅猛,多种风电利用技术也伴随而生。从我国风电利用技术的现状与存在问题出发,综述并对比了我国集群风电并网运行、风电与其他能源互补、风电的大规模直接利用及分布式风电接入与控制等技术现状,指出我国风电向集中式和分布式并重、促进多能互补利用技术推广、发展高效率低成本的风电利用技术方向发展的趋势,最后从加强新能源激励政策、新能源消纳市场机制、风电并网与技术标准建设方向提出了建议。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of wind power industry in China, a variety of wind power utilization technologies have emerged. Starting from the current situation and existing problems of wind power utilization technology in China, this paper summarized and compared the technical status of grid-connected operation of cluster wind power, complementarity of wind power and other energy sources, large-scale direct utilization of wind power and distributed wind power access and control. The development trend of wind power utilization technology in China was pointed out, which should focus on both centralized and distributed wind power, promote the popularization of multi-energy complementary utilization technology, and develop high efficiency and low-cost wind power utilization technology. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to strengthen the new energy incentive policy, the new energy absorption market mechanism, the wind power connection network and the construction of technical standards.
