摘要:

石油钻机市场的繁荣发展使其供电问题越来越受到人们的关注。为了提高石油钻机的供电可靠性,采用光储柴的供电模式以替代单一柴油发电机的供电模式。首先,建立石油钻机光储柴供电系统拓扑结构,并进行相应单元的建模;其次,构建光储柴供电系统的经济性模型,同时兼顾储能荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)及其功率、柴油发电机功率等约束,以实现系统的经济运行;最后,通过案例分析了运行控制策略的有效性。研究结果为石油钻机的供电模式提供了参考。

Abstract:

The power supply of oil drilling rig has drawn more and more attention with its prosperous development. In order to improve the power supply reliability of oil drilling rig, the PV/storage/diesel system was adopted to replace that of single diesel generator. Firstly, the power supply topology of oil drilling rig was established, and the corresponding units were modelled. In addition, the economic model of PV/storage/diesel system was constructed. The constraints of energy storage state of charge (SOC), storage power and diesel generator power were considered to realize the economic operation of the system. Finally, an example was given to analyze the effectiveness of the operation control strategy. The research results can provide a reference for the power supply mode of oil drilling rig.
