Research on Characteristics of NOx Emission After Reformation for Six-Corner Tangentially Fired Boiler

摘要:

为了研究六角切圆煤粉锅炉在超低排放改造后脱硝进出口NOx的分布及出口逃逸氨浓度的特点,进行了现场试验测试。结果发现,脱硝系统的入口NOx分布不均匀、喷氨量不均匀是导致出口NOx分布不均匀、氨逃逸质量浓度超过设计值的主要原因,机组需要进行喷氨优化调整。

Abstract:

In order to study the characteristics of NOx emission and ammonia escape after reform for six-corner tangentially fired boiler, we have done a large number of field tests. The results show that the NOx emission before selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification system are uneven distribution, there are too much ammonia injection in SCR denitrification system, they are the most important factors that lead to the uneven distribution of NOx in export and the ammonia escape exceeds the design value, the ammonia injection of SCR needs to be optimized.
